Guideline for Meeting Room Reservation

• You can make a reservation per hour. If you want a meeting room for more than 2 hours or for any other inquiries, please contact the 58^th DGCA 2023 Secretariat (secretariat@dgca58.gov.bd).
• The reservation will be confirmed after the acceptance of the request by the 58^th DGCA Secretariat.
• The requested side meeting will be added to the meeting schedule once the request has been accepted.
• Projectors and screens are available; however, you should bring your laptops with you as necessary.
• The number after the meeting room name indicates the seating capacity of each meeting room; additional seats can be provided upon request.
• Reservations are available from the afternoon of 15 October to the morning of 19 October.
• The side meeting rooms will be provided complimentary by the organizers.
• The side meetings should not interrupt the main conference.
